About Mind Snacks
Mind Snacks is an independent website that publishes free, bite-sized personality quizzes and self-reflection tools. It was created for one simple reason: most online quizzes either bury you in ads before you can start, demand your email address to see your result, or drag on far longer than the fun warrants. We wanted the opposite — short, honest quizzes that respect your time and your privacy.
What we make
Each quiz is designed to be finished in about two minutes. Some are grounded in widely-discussed ideas from psychology — like attachment theory, the “love languages” framework, or introversion and extroversion. Others, such as our cognitive-bias or chronotype quizzes, are lighter and made mostly for fun. We also offer a small number of self-checks, including ADHD and autism trait reflections.
Our approach to the self-checks
We take the reflective self-checks seriously. They are written to be thoughtful and non-alarming, and every one of them carries a clear reminder that it cannot diagnose anything. Only a qualified clinician can do that. These tools exist to help you organise your thoughts before a conversation with a professional — never to replace one.
Privacy first
We believe you shouldn’t have to trade your personal data for a two-minute quiz. Every quiz runs entirely in your browser. We don’t require registration, we don’t ask for your email, and we don’t store the answers you give. Your results are calculated on your own device and disappear when you close the tab (unless you choose to save or share an image of them).
How the site is funded
Mind Snacks is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads help cover hosting and let us keep building new quizzes without putting them behind a paywall or an email wall. We aim to keep advertising unobtrusive and clearly separated from the quiz content.
